Think Tall – Don’t Fall

A virtual movement series for adult survivors of all types of brain injury.

I am pleased to partner with the Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona (BIAAZ) to teach an ongoing series of classes specifically designed for survivors of all types of brain injury or brain trauma:
Think Tall – Don’t Fall

Through simple, adaptable movements that activate the mind and body for whole brain functioning, you can improve your balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and reflexes. In addition, your mental clarity and mood will improve.

The class is done seated with an option to stand for some movements and accommodations are provided for those with limited mobility or who use a wheelchair.

The classes are not sequential, so you can join at any time. For the greatest benefit, consider participating for the entire “semester.”

This is a live, virtual class held weekly on Zoom. Internet access and a device with a camera is required.

  • Improve memory and academics: reading, writing, math

  • Improve organization skills and attitude

  • Promote a more efficient mind-body connection

  • Be more alert and aware of your surroundings with increased brain stimulation

  • Feel sure-footed and at ease walking up and down stairs

If you are living with a brain injury of any kind, whether acquired or from birth, you may qualify for the Think Tall – Don’t Fall class series at no charge through BIAAZ. If you have compromised neural functioning from some other cause, such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, aging, or other movement disorders, please consider my class Stand Tall – Don’t Fall, Level One.
