Attend as many classes as you wish.

Why these classes may be for you

Studies have demonstrated that integrative movement such as Brain Gym® can:

1) stimulate the brain/body connections to improve cognitive processing

2) help us respond to input by connecting the limbic system (mid-brain) with the neocortex

3) generate better decision making by relaxing and reducing the reflexive patterns in the brain stem that develop following a trauma

It is definitely possible to re-educate or re-train the nerve pathways to regain cognitive, emotional, and physical abilities to the greatest degree possible following a trauma. Specific sensory motor movements help the nervous system handle the continuous input coming through all of our senses (eyes, ears, touch, and feelings) making things easier in every aspect of life.

about the classes

If you require assistance in following directions or doing simple, seated movement patterns, please come accompanied by someone who can help you get the most benefit from the class. All are welcome.

Please bring your own water bottle. Water activates the neural connections and assures better brain function.

While registration is not required, knowing how many people will be attending the classes will help us in our planning. Please email Christina to let us know how many will be coming. Thank you.
